The TCM Tuning will dramatically increase the drivability of your 68RFE by modifying and adjusting your shift points, line pressure, and increasing the holding capacity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTCM Tuning increases the line pressure, this puts more pressure on your clutch packs and prevents them from slipping which can cause excessive early wear on 68RFE's clutch disks. It will also change the shifting points to match the new tuning which helps improve the overall driveability.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe factory lockup schedule on the 68RFE is set to lock up the torque converter in 4th gear, and Mitch Cooper (Owner of CCS Tuning) will command lockup in 3rd gear and it will stay locked while you are shifting from 3rd to 4th.
